This vacant land tract is located just north of the new Publix anchored Loughman Crossings Shopping Center (under construction) and is suitable for rezoning for potential Retail/Commercial development. Many new residential subdivisions are currently under construction within a one mile radius and the nearby Providence Golf & Country Club continues to draw residents from all over the world. FDOT is evaluating the widening of this segment of US Hwy. 17/92, and the Central Florida Expressway Authority is considering this area for the second phase of the I 4/Poinciana Parkway connector.
